Legend tells of a mythical creature that creeps into our rooms while we sleep as children and checks under our pillows for lost teeth and exchanges them for coins. But what does this creature do with it's recently purchased treasures? Maybe it's no fairy at all. I snapped this shot while my son was sleeping and discovered the truth of what lurks in the shadows... waiting.

"Me? I've had so many names. Old names that only the wind and the trees can pronounce. I am the mountain, the forest and the earth. I am... I am a faun. " ~Pan
Oh, this is just to weird.......My oldest son lost his first tooth today! My wife just went in and put some money under his pillow and took the tooth. Then I log on here and see this beautiful piece of art.
Wow, this pic is going to hold a very special meaning for me now. Thank you!
Another insta-fav. has that absolutely stunning lighting that characterizes your pieces I think. A great and imaginative take on the tooth fairy folklore.
oh gosh, this was worth the wait. i like how you chose to use a soft brush for the wings on the creature, and to not really use hard lines. golly, even the coin holds a soft glowy reflection...i love it!
